Coco Mango Kefir Chai Smoothie bowl
Ingredients
• 200ml of Uflourish Kefir Mango & Turmeric
• 2 Mangos, peeled and pits removed
• 1 cup frozen mango
• ½ tsp lime/lemon juice
• ¼ tsp grated ginger
• ¼ tsp turmericToppings (Optional)
Tropical fruit of choice
Coconut flakes
Chia/hemp seeds
Method
In a blender add all ingredients: Uflourish Kefir, mangos, lime or lemon juice, ginger and turmeric. Blend until smooth! Pour in a bowl, top with pineapple, mangos, banana slices, coconut flakes, blackberries and chia/hemp seeds (optional)
